Sorry, no, it's my fault for assuming everyone knows about Vividcon! The policy is for VJs to contact the vidders when we're putting together a show, and we explain what the con and vidshow are about and ask them help us by uploading a high quality version of the vid if they have one, etc. But I was just asking people for suggestions of vids for us to consider at this point, not asking the vidders anything until we finalize the playlist (and the programming coordinator makes sure none of the other VJs want to use the same vids for their shows and resolve any conflicting requests, and so on)... hence my confusion *g*.
